estimated value of classified stock

04 / valuation
provisional residual-stock valuation
Estimated value of stock currently matched to an applicable valuation rate. This is a residual-stock estimate, not a retail market valuation.
Coverage: of the total physical inventory is currently rate-matched.
how the valuation was estimated
Rates were benchmarked against multiple Indonesian teak market references, separating rough-sawn and processed/moulded timber rather than applying one generic timber price.
We used representative market benchmarks rather than the highest retail asking price, then applied a conservative residual-stock approach for mixed dimensions, condition, documentation uncertainty and bulk-transfer conditions.
Grade A — moulded: Rp 26,000,000/m³
Grade B — moulded: Rp 20,000,000/m³
Grade B — rough sawn: Rp 16,000,000/m³
Unclassified and other stock is excluded from the valuation until it can be independently classified and assigned an appropriate rate.
Valuation note: This is a provisional residual-stock valuation based on the currently verified inventory classification. It should not be interpreted as a retail replacement price or a formal independent appraisal.

data logic

04 / methodology
CBM is calculated as Thickness × Width × Length × Remaining Qty ÷ 1,000,000,000. Only inventory pieces with Length ≥ 1,000 mm are included, following the current inventory calculation rule.
The original CBM per Piece field is not used for dashboard totals. Physical CBM is recalculated from Thickness × Width × Length × Remaining Qty.
