Rates were benchmarked against multiple Indonesian teak
market references, separating rough-sawn and processed/moulded
timber rather than applying one generic timber price.
We used representative market benchmarks rather than the
highest retail asking price, then applied a conservative
residual-stock approach for mixed dimensions, condition,
documentation uncertainty and bulk-transfer conditions.
Grade A — moulded: Rp 26,000,000/m³
Grade B — moulded: Rp 20,000,000/m³
Grade B — rough sawn: Rp 16,000,000/m³
Unclassified and other stock is excluded from the valuation
until it can be independently classified and assigned an
appropriate rate.
